Their "Core Combatives Program" is a mixed combatives system that teaches practical self-defense methods based on real word scenarios. They'll teach you important concepts and drills to develop awareness that can help you avoid dangerous situations. The structure of this program holds loosely to a martial arts program, breaking skillsets down into 3 belt colors – white belt, green belt and blue belt, guiding your training in an organized way. The lessons contained within, however, are much different than you’d find at your neighborhood martial arts school.

They take a layered approach to lessons that focus on you staying calm under pressure while responding to scenario-based situations.
